Can I ship to a P.O. box? 

Sorry. Due to the size of our packaging, we must ship to a physical address.

How is my art packaged and what kind of container is used?

The majority of our unframed art prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced tube tested for strength and stability. All items are padded with paper packaging materials.

When will my order arrive? 

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation. Please contact our Customer Experience Team at 480.544.7991or at [email protected] with any additional questions. Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days once your item(s) leave our facility. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends. 

Volume discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts. Often, hotels, stores, malls and other large square footage venues require a volume of  large format wall art.  Call 480.544.7991 or email to discuss your project’s needs.

Satisfaction guarantee:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

My art arrived damaged. Now what?

If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement. Simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to [email protected]. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.

If you would prefer to ship your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: free replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
